The hotel is in a marvelous and absolutely perfect location, not far from downtown and the airport, with convenient access to electrical outlets.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Tammy at the front desk and the gentleman at the café were excellent. The hotel had a large lobby with comfortable seating areas. The shuttle service was prompt and convenient, making it easy to get around.

No microwave anywhere to heat water or anything else. I drink mostly hot/warm drinks but not coffee so I need a microwave to do so. It never occurred to me that I would need to request one when I made the reservation. I've never had a problem w/ any other hotel.

No eggs and the bed was fine.
Not enough elevators. It was very hard to use them to go down in the morning because they were full and stopped at every floor. I used the stair going down and then I couldn't find the lobby floor. It was way to hot in the lobby where the bar was....
